Heritage Radio Oamaru.

I am now playing stuff on the radio on Tuesdays that run as a series, and to follow them, it is preferable for listeners to start at episode one.
However, if listeners don't know what's on, they are not likely to tune in.
I therefore intend to submit to this blog each month details of the next month's programmes.
I am on air each Tuesday, 4 pm to 10pm. The station is Oamaru Heritage Radio, with studios in Itchen St and a transmitter on the hill above the Moeraki Tavern, broadcasts to the Moeraki/Hampden/Katiki area on 107 fm. On Tuesdays I will try to aim the programme more especially to listeners in range of the Moeraki transmitter. Listeners in other areas will enjoy the programme just as much, but I'll leave details of goings on in those areas for other programme presenters to broadcast.
On house radios the coverage is roughly from the Katiki Lighthouse to  Waianakarua.
On a car radio, coverage can be from Palmerston to the Waitaki River Bridge. A second transmitter on Cape Wanbro, transmitting on 88.3 fm fills in at the northern end of the coverage area.
I do not take phone calls in the studio, nor conduct interviews on air (because of my hearing disability), but anyone wishing to submit an item for broadcasting can arrange with me to visit the studio, or supply hard copy to me. I have a cassette tape recorder I can make available for such copy.
