Update on what's being updated

Greetings,
It's come time again to compile a list for the future, well, up until the end of November anyway.

Firstly though, an explanation:::: The book "Himalaya", read by Michael Palin, comes on 10 cassettes, each 2 sided, and each side is an average of 35 minutes long. So these are being played in about 15 minute segments after the 9 pm news, meaning there'll be 4 episodes per casstte - 40 episodes in all. BUT Tape No 1 could not be played. It was completely pakaru, so I've started on Tape No 2. This reduces the story to 36 episodes. Therefore this epic will take us up to mid-March.

One thing I've put down so far for September/October/November is Peter Brough and Archie Andrews in "Educating Archie". This was a mid-60s BBC comedy series that introduced us to Julie Andrews, Harry Secombe, Petula Clark, Max Bygraves and others. Each episode is the full half hour. I hope it's just as much fun second time around as it was the first. I have only 13 episodes, any more seem to be impossible to come by. I'll play it in the "Younger Ears" slot at 5.30.

Did you catch that episode of "Much Binding In The Marsh"? There'll be more of them to come sooner or later. Stay tuned.
