Huh? I came to post an update and got a message from Google - something to do with me putting cookies on this site, and I have warn visitors that they are there..
I don't add anything that you can't see. If there are cookies, they are put there by Google, not me.
To me, cookies are to be eaten!
Anyway....
I have good news. The Oamaru Heritage Radio techie paid a visit yesterday (Wednesday 13th Feb) and sorted out my wiring, plugs, sockets, connections, and equipment so that it should all work.
Tonight I'll give it a test drive after the studio has closed for the night, and if it works, (as it should), I'll be back into my regular Tuesday broadcasts from the studio in my own home next week.
So, next Tuesday, 19th Feb, I'll be back on air on Oamaru Heritage Radio with a 6 hour programme that will more or less be a test drive.
I shall nut out a 13 week schedule soon that will incorporate more or less the same programmes I've used in the past, and post it on this site shortly.
Oamaru Heritage Radio has a main studio at 6 Itchen Street in Oamaru and broadcasts in Oamaru on 88.3 and 107.0, and also in Moeraki on 107.0. Its programmes are relayed at times through stations in Invercargill and Twizel. The station has satellite studios in a residence in Oamaru, Lignite Radio in Invercargill and now, in Temuka (me).
It may be heard anywhere in the world, at any time through the internet by going to its website at www.ohr.nz.
Happy listening - whereever you may be!
Trevor.
